Just used this for skiing this weekend. It was fairly cold out and I only had an under armor layer but the jacket kept me really warm.I absolutely love the color as it makes me stand out and easy to see on the mountain. The amount of pockets the jacket has were perfect and I was able to carry everything I needed.I also noticed that this jacket was significantly lighter than my old North Face jacket. I would definitely recommend buying the jacket if green is your color!
