Nice looking boot that appears to be well made. HOWEVER, the size 13 wide is not any wider than the size 13 regular.Received these BearPaw Brock boots in a very short time after ordering. I expected the boots to be "brand new"/sealed/never worn -They were not. Although they were in great cosmetic condition; They came shipped in a worn box with the boots just tossed inside without product/wrapping paper and were obviously tried on/returned several times before. After disinfecting - They fit very well and are very comfortable. I've worn them every day for a month under outdoor conditions. I have to say; The build quality is pretty awesome. However, they are NOT waterproof! - Sure they are "waterproof" - UP TO the rubber sole...Beyond that, your feet will definitely get wet beyond that rubber threshold. Took about a day sitting out in the sun to completely dry.Again, Awesome build quality. Bear Paw should consider changing the advertised language as _"waterproof"_ to _water RESISTANT_.Very comfortable to wear , wish they would lace up tighter . Had to go 1 size bigger .I don't want to sound too harsh because these are very inexpensive but the quality appears to match the price. I bought these to wear two nights a week at work where I sometimes have to walk on large gravel so they haven't had a lot of use. After about three months one of the laces broke. I bought a new pair and two weeks later one of the eyelets broke. For the price I wasn't expecting much support and there isn't much. Just be aware that they're not expensive so don't get your expectations too high.This review is more about the product Bearpaw than the distributor Cambridge or supplier Amazon. I have been wearing Bearpaw Superior Mid Hiking boots for about 12 years now exclusively. To my dismay the Superior line of hiking boots have been more and more difficult to find in my size...anywhere. I settled for this Brock line because I stubornly did not want to suffer the trial and error processes of finding a new brand of hiking boot that suited my needs as well as Bearpaw. Long story short, I hope you are paying attention to this review Bearpaw, you have lost a loyal customer to another shoe manufacturer.My son is 21 and weighs over 250lbs. He says this is the most comfortable shoe he has owned in years. Wide enough for a super big and wide feet. Never stop selling this shoe. Its comfortable around d the ankle with no rubbingI like that they are waterproof for about 2-3 inches. Good traction in snow.Nice shoo didn’t have to break them in. Too eyes r clouts n easy to break
