I am 5’6” and 170 lbs. I first ordered the medium and technically they were perfect as a jogger type sweatpants. The ankle calf area was tight but the waist of the pants still have some give with the boxy type look. I ended up getting a large as I wanted just a tad more room in the waist. Great sweatpants!
